The South African Maritime Safety Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No 6 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of Determination under Notice No. 2873 of 15 December 2022 and new Determination of Charges, 2024 – effective 1 August 2024, as per Notice No. R.5057 of GG50969, dated 19 July 2024.
The South African Maritime Safety Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No 6 of 1998), has been updated with a Determination of Levies (2022), as per Notice No. 2873 of GG47755, dated 15 December 2022.
The South African Maritime Safety Authority Levies Act, 1998 (Act No. 6 of 1998) has been amended by Determination of Levies, Notice No. 1041, Government Gazette 41135, dated 26 September 2017.
