This Act has been repealed by the National Qualifications Framework Act, No. 67 of 2008.

 

The Level Descriptors Regulations (NQF Levels 1 – 4), 2003 have been added to the Act as gazetted in GG 25501 dated 26 September 2003.

The South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995, (Act No. 58 of 1995) as published in Government Notice No. 1521 dated 4 October 1995, has been added to the site, and has been amended by the Education Laws Amewndment Act No. 53 of 2000 as published in Government Gazette No. 21783 dated 22 November 2000.
