33. Regulations

(1)The Minister may make regulations as to the demonetization or withdrawal of any particular issue of stamps and generally for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act.

 

(2)The regulations may provide a penalty for any contravention thereof or failure to comply therewith, not exceeding a penalty of R2 000, and such penalty shall be recoverable as in this Act provided.
