4. Application of Companies Act to Agency

(1)The provisions of the Companies Act will apply to the Agency, except where otherwise stated in this Act.

 

(2)The Companies Act will not apply to the Agency where the Minister of Trade and Industry has issued a declaration under section 5 of this Act.
