28. Delegation by Chief Executive Officer

(1) The Chief Executive Officer may delegate to an employee of the Agency any function entrusted to the Chief Executive Officer under this Act.

 

(2) A delegation contemplated in subsection (1)—
(a) must be in writing;
(b) does not prohibit the Chief Executive Officer that made the delegation from performing that function; and (c) may at any time be withdrawn or amended, in writing.
