4. Memorandum of Incorporation of Agency

(1) The Memorandum of Incorporation of the Agency must be consistent with this Act.

 

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Companies Act, an amendment to the Memorandum of Incorporation affecting any provision of this Act does not have any legal force and effect unless and until the relevant provision of this Act has been amended accordingly and has come into effect.
