18. Appointment of registrar
Purchase
(1)
The
Minister
, after consultation with the
Council
—
(a)
must appoint a
registrar
; and
(b)
may dismiss such person.
(2)
The appointment of the registrar is subject to the conclusion of a written performance agreement entered into by the Minister and that person.
