27. Right of appeal
Purchase
(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the
registrar
may lodge an appeal to the
Council
within 30 days from date of that decision.
(2)
Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council may appeal to the appropriate High Court against such decision.
