Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act, 1982 (Act No. 19 of 1982)

Any person whose rights may be adversely affected by a decision of a committee established in terms of section 12(1) to institute an inquiry in terms of this Act, may in the prescribed manner appeal against such decision, to the ad hoc appeal committee established in terms of section 12A(1).
