74. Delegation of powers

(1)Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may in writing delegate any power vested in him or her by or under this Act.

 

(2)The Minister map not delegate the power—
(a)to make regulations;
(b)to issue directives under section 41;
(c)to intervene under section 63;
(d)to appoint members of a water board;
(e)to prescribe policy; or
(f)to expropriate.

 

(3)A Province may in writing delegate any power given to it by this Act.
