20. Donations, bequests and contributions for witness protection

(1)The Director may, with the approval of the Director-General, receive any donation, bequest or contribution, in money or otherwise, from any source for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act, and the Director-General must be notified of the receipt of any such donation, bequest or contribution.

 

(2)The Director must utilise any donations, bequests or contributions contemplated in subsection (1) as prescribed and in accordance with the conditions, if any, imposed by the donor, testator or contributor concerned, in so far as such conditions are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
