21. Preparation and implementation of integrated management plans

(1)Every Authority must prepare and implement an integrated management plan for the World Heritage Site under its control to fulfil Articles 4 and 5 of the Convention.

 

(2)An Authority must conduct its affairs in accordance with an integrated management plan.
