| (1) | The Authority or the issuing authority must, upon receiving an application submitted in terms of regulation 12(1), process such an application in accordance with regulation 35(2). |
| (2) | A designated employee must, after receipt of documents relating to an appeal or review— |
| (a) | process such documents in accordance with regulation 35(2); |
| (b) | prepare such documents for the Tribunal; and |
| (c) | submit all the documents to the Chairperson of the Tribunal. |
| (3) | After receipt of the documents in relation to the appeal or review in terms of subregulation (2), the Chairperson must schedule a sitting or hearing of the Tribunal. |
| (4) | The designated employee must notify the applicant for the appeal or review that a hearing has been scheduled on form AARTO 10Ac. |
