19. Determination of the Ash content

The ash content of a consignment of wheat products may be determined by any suitable method: Provided that the results thus obtained is in accordance (0.05%) with the results obtained by means of the Magnesium Acetate method [AACC (American Association of Cereal Chemists) method 08.02].
