20. Determination of the moisture content

The moisture content of a consignment of wheat products may be determined according to any suitable method: Provided that the results thus obtained are in accordance (± 0,3 percent) with the results obtained by means of the Air Oven method [AACC (American Association of Cereal ) method 44-15.02].
