The provisions of these regulations shall be in addition to and is not in substitution for regulations published under the following Acts—
| (a) | Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972); and |
| (b) | Legal Metrology Act, 2014 (Act No. 9 of 2014). |
