1. Definitions

In these regulations any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act and the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources shall also have the meaning so assigned and, unless the context otherwise indicates—

 

"Convention"

means the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources:

 

"Conservation measure"

means any measure agreed under Article IX of the Convention which is force.
