2. Catching of Antarctic marine living resources without a permit prohibited

(a)No person shall catch or attempt to catch any Antarctic marine living resources protected by the Convention unless authorised thereto by means of a permit issued by the Minister.

 

(b)Such permit will set out the relevant conservation measures under the Convention as may be in force.
