12. Adjustment of Thresholds

12.1The Minister of Trade and Industry may, by notice in the Gazette, adjust the thresholds in paragraphs 4 to 6. Any such changes apply to compliance reports prepared for enterprises after a twelve-month period following the gazetting of the adjustment.
