21.07.1 Requirements for production certificate

Any manufacturer who has been approved by the Director in terms of Part 148, may apply for the issuing of a production certificate if the manufacturer holds—

(a)a valid type certificate; or
(b)a valid supplemental type certificate, for the product concerned.
