Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No. 9 of 2011)

The Service is subject to the Public Finance Management Act and its financial management, preparation and submission of budgets, preparation of financial statements, audits and annual reports, and reporting must be done in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act.
