24. Tabling in Parliament
Purchase
The
Minister
must table in Parliament the annual report of the
Service
—
(a)
within 14 days after receiving the report, if Parliament is in session; or
(b)
if Parliament is not in session, within 14 days after the commencement of the next parliamentary session.
