8. Objectives of MIOSA

8.1The objective of the MIOSA, in terms of clause 12.1 below, is to consider and dispose of complaints in a procedurally fair, informal, economical and expeditious manner in accordance with the principles of natural justice and by reference to what is equitable in all the circumstances in accordance with the Act and its Regulations.
