(1) | The president of any board of inquiry convened under section one hundred and thirty-five or one hundred and thirty-six, may summon any person in the Republic, whether or not otherwise subject to this Code, to attend such board of inquiry and to give evidence thereat: Provided that no person shall be required to answer any question at such inquiry which he could not in a civil court be compelled to answer. |
(2) | The composition of boards of inquiry, the method of convening such boards and the procedure to be followed by such boards shall be as prescribed. |
