92. One sentence imposed in respect of all the charges

Whenever an accused is convicted by military court of more than one offence alleged in the same charge sheet, such court shall, subject to the provisions of section ninety-three, impose only one sentence in respect of all the charges, and if such sentence in respect of all the charges, and if such sentence is a valid sentence in respect of any one of the charges on which the accused has been convicted, it shall be deemed to be a valid sentence in respect of all the charges on which he has been convicted.
