A member or employee must address an individual grievance through his or her chain of command, which may include the following:
| (a) | The Unit Officer Commanding; |
| (b) | the Formation Officer Commanding; |
| (c) | the Chief of the relevant Service or Division; and |
| (d) | the Grievance Board. |
