Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

A resolution in writing signed by a majority of directors for the time being and being sufficient to form a quorum, shall be as valid and effectual as if it has been passed at a meeting of the directors duly called and constituted.
