The purpose of this Direction is to provide guidance on the implementation of the provisions relating to the rendering of essential services referred to in Annexure B paragraph B item 23 to the Regulations published in Government Gazette 43148, Government Notice No. R398 of 25 March 2020 ("the Amendment Regulations ").
