9. Schedule of approved Tariffs in terms of License, and Revision thereof

(1)Unless the regulator determines otherwise, the licensee shall not charge any consumer with other tariffs than those specified in the schedule of approved tariffs in his license.

 

(2)The regulator may from time to time revise the schedule of approved tariffs in a license and may require the licensee concerned to submit such information as the regulator may require for this purpose.

 

(3)The regulator may, in specific circumstances, approve a deviation from a schedule of approved tariffs.

 

(4)The regulator may at its discretion require the licensee to publish an application for the revision of the schedule of approved tariffs in his license, in which case the provisions of subsection (2), (3) and (4) of section 7 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such application.
