The person in the workforce, including senior managers, responsible for monitoring and implementing the EE Plan must take into account:

(a)        The size of the organization.

(b)        Line functions.

(c)        Geographic location and spread.

(d)        Feedback requirements.

(e)        Responsibility and authority of the person.
