4. Scope of the Code

This Code applies to:

 

4.1All workers working under all forms or arrangements, and at all workplaces, including:
(a)persons in any employment or occupation;
(b)those in training, including interns and apprentices;
(c)volunteers;
(d)jobseekers and job applicants; and
(e)laid-off and suspended workers.

 

4.2All sectors of economic activity, including the private and public sectors and the formal and informal economies.

 

4.3Armed forces and uniformed services.
