27. Attendance of Certain Meetings by Registrar and Furnishing of Certain Documents to him

(1)        The Registrar or a person nominated by him may attend any meeting —

(a)of an executive committee or a subcommittee of such a committee, and, expect for voting, take part in all the proceedings at such meeting; or
(b)of any disciplinary tribunal contemplated in section 13(b) and may request an opportunity to be heard by such tribunal; and

(2)An executive officer of a financial exchange shall furnish the Registrar with all notices, minutes and documents which are furnished to members of the executive committee thereof or a subcommittee of that committee, as if the Registrar were a member of that committee or subcommittee.

 

(3)        The provisions of subsection (2) shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the chairperson of the disciplinary tribunal contemplated in section 13(b).
