| (1) | A person who worked as an Orientation and Mobility Practitioner for a minimum period of five years immediately prior to the date of the promulgation of these Regulations must apply to the registrar on a Form supplied by the Professional Board. |
| (2) | An application referred to in subregulation (1) must be accompanied by evidence of practice or employment as an Orientation and Mobility Practitioner. |
