9. Jurisdiction

1)Only a High Court or a regional court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence mentioned in section 2 and to impose a penalty up to the maximum set out in section 5.

 

2)For the purposes of sections 6(4) and 9(1), a court of competent jurisdiction shall include the court within whose jurisdiction the regulated market has its principal place of business or head office or in which any element of the dealing occurred and it shall not be necessary to make any attachment to found or confirm jurisdiction.
