I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that I have cancelled the registration of The Trade Union For Upliftment of South Africa (TUFUSA) (LR2/6/2/868) with effect from 8 April 2008.
