(1)
| (a) | An employer shall provide, for the use of every employee, all tools and equipment necessary for the carrying out of his work, except the following: |
| (i) | curling tongs; |
| (ii) | scissors; |
| (iii) | clippers; |
| (iv) | razors; |
| (v) | neck brushes; |
| (vi) | strop; |
| (vii) | razor hone; |
| (viii) | hand dryer; |
| (ix) | hairbrushes; |
| (x) | flat irons |
| (xi) | combs |
| (b) | Where the employer has instituted a dress code, he shall supply the required clothing to the employees. |
