12. Convenor of the Committee

12.1The General Secretary of the Council shall appoint an employee of the Council as convenor of the Committee.

 

12.2The convenor may participate in Committee meetings but may not vote.

 

12.3The convenor is responsible for—
12.3.1giving Committee members notice of meetings;
12.3.2keeping minutes of Committee meetings;
12.3.3recording Committee meetings, if required to do so by the Committee;
12.3.4carrying out any other duties imposed by this Constitution or required of the convenor by the Committee or the Council.

 

12.4The General Secretary of the Council may delegate any of the convener's functions to any other employee of the Council.
