13. Duty of Convenor on receipt of an application

13.1On receipt of a notice of an application the convenor must—
13.1.1confirm that the application is an application to be determined by the Committee;
13.1.2ensure that all relevant documentation is attached;

 

13.2If the convenor is of the view that the application is not one to be determined by the Committee, the convenor must return the application to the relevant Regional Office together with an explanation as to how the matter should be dealt with.
