Extension to Non-parties of the Agency Shop Collective Agreement

2. Period of Operation

2.1This Agreement will be binding on the parties at the date of signature both parties.

 

2.2This Agreement shall be binding on non-parties on such date as may be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour in terms of section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (as amended) and shall remain in force until the 31st of December 2025.

 

2.3The parties may sign the extension of this Agreement at least three (3) months before it expires.
