34. Notice of Termination of Contract

Other than where individual contracts of employment provide for a longer notice period, the Employer, or the Employee, other than a casual Employee, who desires to terminate the contract of employment, shall give:

 

34.1during the first four weeks  of employment, not less than one workday's  notice of termination of contract,

 

34.2after the first four weeks of employment, not less than one week's notice of termination of contract.
