33.1. | No employee shall participate in or support any strike in respect of any dispute about the interpretation or application, including enforcement of this agreement whilst this agreement is in force. |
33.2. | Participation in or support of a strike described in clause 33 above, shall be in breach of this agreement and shall be considered to be unprotected industrial action in terms of The Act. |
33.3. | No employee shall participate in or support any form of strike, which may endanger the passage of the vessel or the lives of the crew on board that vessel. |
33.4. | Employees not complying with subclause 33.3 above may be subjected to disciplinary action by the employer of which the sanction may be dismissal irrespective whether the strike was protected in terms of The Act or not. |
