(1) | A candidate for a licence as a Compass Adjuster (Unrestricted) shall not proceed to the oral examination if he has tailed the written part of the examination. |
(2) | A candidate who does not report tor the oral examination at the time appointed shall, unless he produces a medical certificate or other satisfactory evidence of his inability to attend, be regarded as having tailed the oral examination and may also, depending upon the circumstances, incur the penalty of being regarded as having tailed the written examination. |
