(1) | If the Director-General gives a security direction to a foreign regulated ship under regulation 33, the ship must comply with the direction. |
(2) | If a foreign regulated ship does not comply with a Security direction, the ship operator for, or the master of, the ship may be given a control direction under Division 2. |
