Reporting or submission of information |
| (1) | The importer or exporter of chemicals must submit, annually, at the end of March every year, the following information to the South African DNA: |
| (a) | actual quantities of the chemicals imported or exported; and |
| (b) | customs import and export declaration documents for every consignment of chemicals. |
| (2) | The records contemplated in subregulations 6(1) and 7(1) must be— |
| (a) | retained for a period of at least five years; and |
| (b) | made available, on a confidential basis, to the DNA upon request. |
