26. Compulsory conditions applicable to a scientific institution

If it is the decision of the issuing authority to issue a permit in respect of a scientific institution, the permit must, in addition to the conditions contemplated in regulation 23(1) and (2), be issued subject to a condition that the permit holder must submit to the relevant issuing authority—

 

(a)a report on the progress of a particular research project upon expiry of the permit; and

 

(b)a report of the research findings, upon completion of such research project.
