27. Compulsory conditions applicable to a wildlife translocator

If it is the decision of the issuing authority to issue a permit in respect of a wildlife translocator, the permit must, in addition to the conditions contemplated in regulation 23(1) and (2), be issued subject to the condition that the permit holder must carry the written permission contemplated in regulation 9 of these Regulations on his or her person while conveying, moving or otherwise translocating the specimens of the listed threatened or protected species to which the permit relates.
