I, Barbra Dallas Creecy, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby make the Regulations pertaining to threatened or protected terrestrial species and freshwater species in terms of section 97 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), as set out in the Schedule hereto.
