National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008)

A person commits an offence if that person—

(a)        contravenes or fails to comply with regulations 4, 5(2), 6(2), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 11 or 12 of these Regulations; or

(b)        provides false or misleading information to a competent authority.
