National Gambling Act, 2004 (Act No. 7 of 2004)

Any information that comes to the attention of the licensee which may affect the suitability of an employee to be registered or licenced must be brought to the attention of the relevant provincial licensing authority within seven days of such information coming to the licensee's attention.
