8A. Considerations when exercising discretion

(1)The Fund Administrator must take the following considerations into account when exercising a discretion in terms of regulations 4, 4A, 4B, 5, 5A and 5B:
(a)The distance to be travelled by the requester or the recipients;
(b)the age of the requester or the recipients;
(c)the heath condition of the requester or the recipients;
(d)the logistical arrangements in respect of the ceremony; and
(e)any other relevant consideration.
